The results of the first round of the 10/11 season of AMCC bucket racing from today (July 18th) are attached, for publication in the newsletter & website.

Interesting to see that after probably the most competitive day of F4 bucket racing ever at Mt Wellington we have 4 riders tied for first place.  & the fastest rider on the day is only in 5^th place.

AMCC is in discussion with the Hampton Downs management with regard to running at least one round of the club championships at their track.

After the successful Nationals round in March there was quite a lot of interest expressed by a number of club members to race the club series at HD but we'll need strong support from racers & volunteers across New Zealand to make it happen. Apart from the higher track fee, we'll need almost twice the number of flag marshals to keep it safe.

So if you're interested, we've set up a poll on the home page of this website for your input. Help us find out if there's enough interest to make it worthwhile. Thank you.
